The second to last week of school, the biology teacher decided to give us an exam about botany. Of the thirty-two possible essay topics, he would select two for the exam. So I studied for all thirty-two essays, staying up until two in the morning, and turned into a zombie. Then the exam day came, and the teacher chose essays number one and number four. Thirty-two essays. If I had studied the first four pages of chapter 30 instead of the entire botany unit (that's five chapters right there), I still would've gotten an "A," like everyone else, in addition to several more hours of sleep.
And now, I am reminded of another story. My sister wanted to take AP Biology and AP Physics. As summer homework for AP Bio, she had to study ten chapters from the book, write ten essays, and do some other assignments. After completing all her biology homework, the school counselor called and said that AP Biology and AP Physics were both first period. Having taken Biology Honors as a freshman, my sister decided to take physics instead. If she had only procrastinated, she would not have had to waste her time doing homework for a class she couldn't take. Procrastinate, people. It saves time.
And speaking of summer, one would expect that I would have been less busy, considering that I'd be on vacation. But no. I had summer school (P.E.! How fun is that? [Actually, it was quite entertaining, if not tiring.]) for four hours for six weeks, and I also took an online essay-writing course, which I thought was a complete waste of time, especially considering the overly-inflated cost. And then I had summer homework for my tenth grade classes. In addition, my summer vacation was reduced by two weeks.
And then school started. Last year was fun and all, but I'm not liking tenth grade very much. My classes suck. I was going to do Mock Trial, but then the coach, who's also the teacher for AP Art History, wanted me to take art history instead. So I'm in that class, against my will, with a bunch of juniors and seniors.
Well, that's about it. If there's anything I omitted, it's only because it'll cause you to fall asleep and drool all over your computer, possibly causing you to electrocute yourself or break your machine. (Yes, I know. It's not like anything I discussed was of any particular interest or importance.) I probably won't be showing up at NF for a really long time. Maybe never. I don't know. I might still post my art here, but that's unlikely, too. So...yeah. (I would say, "Sorry," but then I'd be assuming that people actually care, and that's vain. But then again, not saying "sorry" seems snobbish and rude.)

There is always sleep between part and meet
with our usual words on the usual street.
So let us part like we always do...
And in a world without you
I'll dream of you.
When I come to, let us meet
with our usual words on the usual street.
